Scientific programme

A varied scientific programme with different session formats will ensure that there is something on offer for everyone.

WCPT congresses have a reputation for being inclusive, embracing diversity and providing an environment where experiences can be shared, lessons learnt, life-long friendships made and a new outlook on the profession developed. They provide an opportunity to generate grand ideas that could change the profession. For some people, the experience is also life changing.

Call for abstracts

The call for abstracts, and online submission system for platform, poster and poster discussion presentations are now open, with a submission deadline of 15 September 2010.

The International Scientific Committee (ISC) is now recruiting potential reviewers of platform and poster abstracts submitted for possible presentation at congress.  Anyone interested in acting as an abstract reviewer must complete the online questionnaire by 31 May 2010.

Call for focused symposium proposals

Eighteen focused symposia have now been selected featuring top level speakers from all of WCPT's five regions.
